Encourage Pathways is the initiative of Amrita Basu and her organisation Encourage Study Aids ( ESA).
Amrita Basu has been working as a School Management Consultant, Curriculum Developer, Subject Matter Expert and Teacher Educator for the last 15 years.
She has experience of Teaching for 20 years and has been an ELT trainer for leading publishing houses like Macmillan India, Pearson Learning, Cambridge University Press and Indiannica Learning since 2009.
Being a Certified Family Counsellor, her Adolescent and Parental Counselling workshops are equally popular.

Our History
Since 2015, after the inception of Encourage Study Aids, she has dedicated herself to Teacher Training, School Events and Student Counselling, having formed a vibrant team of highly qualified Teacher Trainers, Subject Matter Experts, Psychologists, Psychometrists and experienced Counsellors.
Encourage Pathways is the fruit of more than a decade of studies and experimentation regarding the vigorous requirements of New Age Teacher Training, Psychometric Diagnosis and Curricular Incorporation of Mental Health Modules and Social and Emotional Learning Competencies for both teachers and students in the School Ecosystem.
Encourage Pathways provides end-to-end solutions for a school to function at its optimal best, utilizing state-of-the-art tools and learning modules to ensure a safe and healthy School Environment and happy and well-adjusted students who grow up to be capable and high-achieving future citizens of the nation.

Amaleena Bose Banerjee
Amaleena Bose Banerjee is an M.Sc in Applied Psychology (specializing in Industrial-Organizational Psychology) CU She also holds a PGD in Rehabilitation Psychology (CU) and is a certified specialist in Child Psychology and Crisis Management.
Amaleena has been working for a decade in the field of organizational assessment, behavioural research, counselling and training.
She is experienced in construction of psychometric assessments, conducting organization wide assessments/surveys and developmental assessment centres.
She has been a part of the core team assessing Employee Satisfaction for the Prime Minister's Trophy for the Best Steel Plant in 2013.
Having worked as a school psychologist for a few years, Amaleena is experienced in student counselling, taking parental sessions and workshops for students as well.
She has three publications to her name in the field of Psychology.
Kakoli Das Mandal
Kakoli is a Mindset Makeover coach, an International Soft skill and ISO 9001 certified trainer, and a Pranic Healer .
She is mentor to Arfeen Khan Academy, keynote speaker and a travel enthusiast too.
With 20+ years of combined experience in corporate, she shifted her focus on coaching, corporate training and counselling for the last few years. Kakoli got mentored by some of the big names in coaching and training industry.
Her main aim is to help people find their own purpose in life through knowing themselves so that they can be happy, healthy and wealthy.
